These GTC apply to all services provided by Beauty and Dental · M · unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Contract & appointments

Scheduling an appointment (in writing, by phone, online, or in person) forms a treatment contract. Please arrive on time or cancel in good time so other patients can use the slot.

Services & fees

Scope and type of treatment are discussed individually. Fees are based on the agreed services and applicable rates. Payment details can be added here.

Cancellation / no-show

Rules for short-notice cancellations or no-shows can be specified here (e.g. deadlines, possible fees).

Liability

We provide services with due professional care. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for gross negligence, intent, and personal injury remains unaffected.

Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dübendorf or the ordinary court at the practice's registered office, where permissible.
